Every Zeneuf ring is sized by its inner circumference in millimetres. Two minutes and a strip of paper are all you need.

How to measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, snug but not tight.
Mark where the strip overlaps, then unwrap it.
Measure from the end to the mark with a ruler — this is your circumference in mm.

Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest.

Between two sizes, choose the larger. Bands 6 mm and wider fit more snugly — we recommend going up a half size.

HK sizes follow the Hong Kong retail standard. Avoid printable ring sizers — print scaling distorts them.

Nephrite is the toughest stone in common wear. It does not announce this. The band is solid spinach-green nephrite, one piece, no metal anywhere. Look close and you will find small black specks — iron the stone grew up with. They are how spinach nephrite signs its name. Strong, and not loud about it.

Every piece of Zeneuf jade can be traced. Each one is logged under a reference number, tied to a record of where it came from: the artisan who carved it, the variety of jade, how it was treated, and where it was mined. Nothing leaves us sold as simply "jade," and nothing is described on a guess. If you ever want to know more about the piece in your hands, send us your order number and we'll answer from its record.

Care

Jade is one of the toughest stones in common wear, made to be worn every day and kept for years. It asks for very little: take it off before the shower, swimming, sport, or cleaning, and put on perfume and lotion before your jewelry, not after. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and jewelry dips. Keep it in its pouch, apart from other pieces, so harder stones can't scratch it.

Shipping. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Pieces that take more handwork may need 2–3 days before they leave us. Shipping is free on orders of $89 and over, and delivery takes 4–9 business days on average. Every parcel is tracked, and you'll get an email at each step, so you always know where your order is.

Returns. Changed your mind once it's in your hands? No worries, you have 90 days to decide. We've made sending it back as easy as we can: request a return from your account or simply email us, and we'll send your return instructions within one business day. Send the piece back, and your refund follows within days of it reaching us. Would you rather swap it for something else? We'll ship the new piece to you free. And if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, it's on us, every cost included.

The jade

Authentic spinach green nephrite jade

The band is solid spinach green nephrite jade from Xinjiang, China, carved from one piece with no metal anywhere. The color is a deep, even green, semi-translucent where the band thins. Look closely and you will find small black specks: iron inclusions that spinach nephrite grows with, and one of the simplest ways to tell natural nephrite from glass or dyed stone. Natural and untreated: no dye, no resin, no bleach.

Design

A solid jade band, worn for fulfillment

A band cut from a single piece of jade is the circle in its purest form: no metal, no join, one continuous ring. The closed circle is worn for fulfillment, the wish for a life with nothing missing from it. On the finger it works as a private marker of completeness, a promise kept or a goal reached, without saying a word to anyone else. Solid green jade adds steadiness to the wish: a stone that does not chip, scratch, or fade with the years.

Vintage jade band ring, worn on its own

Vintage here means a band with the weight and polish of an old scholar's ring. The band is 6 mm wide, enough to stand alone on the index or middle finger. Wear it with a dark wool coat, or on the same hand as a steel watch.
