Spinach green is iron-rich nephrite: deep olive-green, usually flecked with small black inclusions that are part of the stone rather than a flaw. It is tougher than jadeite and takes a soft polish, which makes it good for pieces worn hard. Our deepest group of green, in silver and vermeil.
