Every Zeneuf ring is sized by its inner circumference in millimetres. Two minutes and a strip of paper are all you need.

How to measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, snug but not tight.
Mark where the strip overlaps, then unwrap it.
Measure from the end to the mark with a ruler — this is your circumference in mm.

Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest.

Between two sizes, choose the larger. Bands 6 mm and wider fit more snugly — we recommend going up a half size.

HK sizes follow the Hong Kong retail standard. Avoid printable ring sizers — print scaling distorts them.

Care

Jade is one of the toughest stones in common wear, made to be worn every day and kept for years. It asks for very little: take it off before the shower, swimming, sport, or cleaning, and put on perfume and lotion before your jewelry, not after. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and jewelry dips. Keep it in its pouch, apart from other pieces, so harder stones can't scratch it.

Shipping. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Pieces that take more handwork may need 2–3 days before they leave us. Shipping is free on orders of $89 and over, and delivery takes 4–9 business days on average. Every parcel is tracked, and you'll get an email at each step, so you always know where your order is.

Returns. Changed your mind once it's in your hands? No worries, you have 90 days to decide. We've made sending it back as easy as we can: request a return from your account or simply email us, and we'll send your return instructions within one business day. Send the piece back, and your refund follows within days of it reaching us. Would you rather swap it for something else? We'll ship the new piece to you free. And if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, it's on us, every cost included.

The jade

Natural ice jadeite from Myanmar

Each band is cut whole from Burmese ice jadeite, the color of morning water, with no metal anywhere. Ice jade is the trade name for jadeite clear enough to read the light behind it, and Myanmar is where nearly all fine jadeite has come from for three centuries. The bands are semi-translucent and even in color. Type A: natural jadeite with no bleaching, no resin, no dye.

Design

A pair of jade bands, worn for fulfillment

A band cut from a single piece of jade is the unbroken circle: no seam, no join, nothing missing.
