Ring size guide

Every Zeneuf ring is sized by its inner circumference in millimetres. Two minutes and a strip of paper are all you need.

How to measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, snug but not tight.
Mark where the strip overlaps, then unwrap it.
Measure from the end to the mark with a ruler — this is your circumference in mm.

Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest.

Between two sizes, choose the larger. Bands 6 mm and wider fit more snugly — we recommend going up a half size.

HK sizes follow the Hong Kong retail standard. Avoid printable ring sizers — print scaling distorts them.

Care

Jade is one of the toughest stones in common wear, made to be worn every day and kept for years. It asks for very little: take it off before the shower, swimming, sport, or cleaning, and put on perfume and lotion before your jewelry, not after. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and jewelry dips. Keep it in its pouch, apart from other pieces, so harder stones can't scratch it.

Shipping is free on orders of $89 and over, and delivery takes 4–9 business days on average. Every parcel is tracked, and you'll get an email at each step, so you always know where your order is.

Returns. Changed your mind once it's in your hands? No worries, you have 90 days to decide. We've made sending it back as easy as we can: request a return from your account or simply email us, and we'll send your return instructions within one business day. Send the piece back, and your refund follows within days of it reaching us. Would you rather swap it for something else? We'll ship the new piece to you free. And if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, it's on us, every cost included.

The jade

Real Burmese jadeite

The band is cut whole from Burmese jadeite from Myanmar, the source of the world's finest jadeite. Green drifts through a white base like the first week of a thaw, the pattern the trade calls moss-in-snow. The stone is semi-translucent and Type A: natural jadeite with no bleaching, no resin, and no dye, which is the only kind Zeneuf sells. No two rings drift the same way, because no two pieces of stone do.

Design

A band cut whole from jadeite is the unbroken circle in a smaller form, worn for fulfillment: a life with nothing missing, a loop that closes.
