Every piece of Zeneuf jade can be traced. Each one is logged under a reference number, tied to a record of where it came from: the artisan who carved it, the variety of jade, how it was treated, and where it was mined. Jade is one of the toughest stones in common wear, made to be worn every day and kept for years. It asks for very little: take it off before the shower, swimming, sport, or cleaning, and put on perfume and lotion before your jewelry, not after. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and jewelry dips. Keep it in its pouch, apart from other pieces, so harder stones can't scratch it.

Shipping is free on orders of $89 and over, and delivery takes 4–9 business days on average. Every parcel is tracked, and you'll get an email at each step, so you always know where your order is.

Returns. Changed your mind once it's in your hands? No worries, you have 90 days to decide. We've made sending it back as easy as we can: request a return from your account or simply email us, and we'll send your return instructions within one business day. Send the piece back, and your refund follows within days of it reaching us. Would you rather swap it for something else? We'll ship the new piece to you free. And if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, it's on us, every cost included.

The jade

Genuine white Hetian nephrite jade

The dome is white Hetian nephrite jade from Xinjiang, China, ground smooth and set inside carved petals. The white is milky and even, semi-translucent, with the soft lantern-like glow the trade calls 'mutton fat' in its finest form, and which glass and marble cannot copy. Natural and untreated: no dye, no resin, no bleach. The petals are gilded sterling silver on an adjustable band.

Design

The lotus, worn for serenity

Vintage jade ring, worn on its own

White jade inside carved petals, in the style of a ring from a 1930s jewelry box. The 14 × 14 mm stone covers the width of the finger, enough to stand alone on the index or middle finger. The band adjusts from US 6¾ to 9¼ (HK 15–20). Wear it with fine, soft fabrics: a silk blouse, a cashmere crew neck, washed linen.
